There are too many false beliefs out there about mature women, such as the inevitability of becoming 'frumpy,' not being as mentally sharp or relevant, or being 'past it' (whatever 'it' is) It's high time we slay these stereotypes.

 

Believing that you're alone or irrelevant, for example, feels super heavy but when you realise that your body can swiftly let go of heaviness and release the emotional emphasis, a different space opens up within you and you can clearly observe how the emotions were invading your true essence. In this programme you'll learn some amazing techniques that will help you to focus your energy and empower you in all areas of life, especially in your relationships.

A break-down of the steps to a fulfilled and purposeful midlife...

Health & Wellness

Feeling your natural vitality and vivaciousness in all that you do in your day-to-day is my definition of wellbeing. Mental acuity and general fitness is the standard when you commit to your purposeful life. 

​

Coaching will focus on Identifying and exploring what health means to you, how to be proactive and responsible for your health and exploring ways to consistently choose wisely when it comes to your wellbeing.


Mental health is also important and the aim here is to reduce tensions in the body so that anxiety and stress can be managed more easily. 

​

(Remember that as health issues are varied, you must always consult with your GP before you start any exercise routine or diet.)


This is the first part of the programme and it is split into 3 parts:

Your Body

Manage habits and embrace your body of vitality!

 

Bloating, exhaustion, painful joints and a disappearing waistline are just some of the changes that we may not relish in midlife, however, all of these symptoms can be managed and reduced by making healthy lifestyle choices. I support you in taking action to nurture your body and honour it by identifying wellness rituals that are manageable and enjoyable for you. You also get super honest about which foods feel good in your body and those that drain your vitality. We plan your wellness goals to support you going forward.

Your Mind

Manage overthinking and embrace focus and clarity

 

Being focused and settled is key to enjoying a healthy mind, a successful life and great relationships.

Mind and body are inseparable, so taking steps to improve your physical health will also positively impact your thoughts.

 

We work on improving focus or 'conscious presence,' to help your mind to be still (not empty) so your thoughts and subsequent feelings are manageable and you can discern more clearly what to prioritise ( the focus on somatic voice and movement exercises in this programme support you with this).

 

As the mind is tinged with the upbringing, education, culture, values and experiences that we have grown up with, we work on decluttering what you identify as being unnecessary which leads to clarity. When you are cliear, it's easier to connect with innate intuition and wisdom.

Your Emotions

Manage hurts and embrace confidence.

 

If you are tired of emotional storms, feeling clearer and calmer will help you to respond more and react less. The clarity comes from observing emotions rather than absorbing them.


Emotions pass through us - we feel them, but we can overcook them, pack them in Tupperware and store them - they go into deep freeze but thaw out every time we heat them up with reactions.  I take you through some body awareness exercises using your voice so you can defrost and accurately name those emotions that are way past their sell-by date.

Harmony

What is harmony?

This programme considers all aspects of your life holistically with the aim of empowering you to bring a calm and balanced resilience to life in general.

 

Responding to life is like hearing a well written song. It's classy and timeless. However, reactions are one-hit wonders that get overplayed. They are spikes of stimulation and drama that hook you and exhaust you, keeping you needing more of the same drama. Your true essence is harmony so the focus in this part of the programme is on reestablishing the harmony within yourself and in your relationships.​

In this programme, harmony has in three parts as follows:

Inner Balance

Manage stress and embrace the soul

 

Reconnect to your inner-heart to settle your body and mind for a deeper and more soulful intimacy that will allow for deeper connections. 

​

Your voice can be a wonderful tool to re-establish harmony in your body. Here we learn how the vibrational quality of your voice can ease tension helping you establish an inner rhythm that is in harmony with the repose and motion of your natural cycles, or circadian rhythms. Feel more in flow and face challenges by responding from your innate wisdom.

Outer Balance

Manage control and embrace flow.

 

This is about living all areas of your life with decisive, efficient and purposeful energy so that work, health, wealth, and relationships all receive the same commitment without the fixation on specific outcomes which can cause disappointment and continuous procrastination.

Life is balanced but never dull when inspiration lights up your sense of purpose. Everything comes together in harmony.

Relationship Balance

Manage loneliness and embrace connection.

 

Getting close, snuggly, deep and intimate with your partner after dedicating so much shared energy on raising a family is amazing, however, if this isn't your reality, we'll explore your relationship with courage, honesty and transparency. 

​

Your relationship with harmony comes first so whether you are reigniting the cinders or lighting a new flame, I support you to cherish yourself and others in a way that feels authentic to you.

 

Your definition of love may be different from that of your partner. Getting clear on the love you are and the unconditional truth of love, is the standard of harmony in any relationship.

Happiness

What makes you happy? What makes you joyful?

 

We all know what happiness feels like but when there are conditions for feeling it, we can become expectant and disappointed when those conditions aren't met. Let’s explore joy and where it comes from. You'll discover how joy is the new 'happy' and it can apply to all areas of life, irrespective of what’s going on around you.

 

Again, there are 3 sections to enjoy:

Work

Manage overwhelm and embrace purpose.

 

Is work is feeling dull, hard, stressful or overwhelming? Perhaps you’re navigating a career change and it feels like a tightrope walk. You may be starting a new business and it's overwhelming. Whatever your reality and your relationship with work, this module will support you to have clarity so you can unglue your feet and feel the fire of purpose and joy in your work commitments.

I help you to identify what is and isn’t working in your working life and to be courageous in exploring new perspectives so that solutions are inspired, creative and exciting.

Play

Manage drudgery and embrace your playfulness!

 

If life feels a bit serious or intense, you'll certainly benefit from reconnecting to your light n’ sassy inner child!

In this section of the programme, we explore how to make space to be playful and to allow the inner child to flourish. We will explore some ways to bring that lightness and joy to the most menial tasks. It’s all about the quality of movement and expression rather than the task in itself. Let's have some fun!

Legacy

Manage the emptiness and embrace your legacy!

 

The deep chasm of what we feel as ‘loneliness’ due to the children becoming independent and leaving home, relationships feeling distant, or feeling unheard or invisible, can all lead to feelings that have us questioning who we really are. However, this programme will explore authentic expression and in this modality, in particular, your legacy in life. 

​

I encourage you to walk into the next chapter of your life with the realisation that this is not the last door - far from it! Doors keep opening as long as you keep walking towards them.
Every footstep made with loving purpose leaves an imprint on a planet that is home to billions of people - your footsteps count!

The investment for this programme is as follows:
 

1:2:1 Coaching programme: €997

Includes:

  • 9 individual coaching sessions,

  • Audio recording of voice therapy training.

  • Messenger support to answer questions and keep you accountable.

Groups of 6 women maximum are also offered.

The investment per person is €497 for the 90-day programme.

 

Including all of the above plus a bespoke private Facebook community group to help with accountability and connection.
